                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE AN
                  AGREEMENT WITH THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF
                  TRANSPORTATION RELATIVE TO THE INSTALLATION OF
                  TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE
                  ROUTE 2 WITH THE SOUTHBOUND OFF-RAMP OF STATE
                  ROUTE 153 AND AT THE INTERSECTION OF STATE
                  ROUTE 2 WITH THE NORTHBOUND OFF-RAMP OF STATE
                  ROUTE 153.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute an
       Agreement with the Tennessee Department of Transportation 
relative
       to the installation of traffic signals at the intersection of
       State Route 2 with the southbound off-ramp of State Route 153 and 

       at the intersection of State Route 2 with the northbound off-ramp 

       of State Route 153.
